At Carnia Collection, we aim to process and dispatch your order promptly and ensure it reaches you safely.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We currently offer shipping across India.

• Standard Shipping: ₹99
• Free Standard Shipping on orders of ₹999 or more
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch

All orders are prepaid. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders are processed and dispatched after successful payment confirmation.

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time mentioned above is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that the shipping address, phone number and other delivery details provided at checkout are accurate. Carnia Collection is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared with the customer after the order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with any issue, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Please retain the original packaging and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

International shipping availability may vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
